[Investigating] The deverus tech team have escalated an issue impacting integrated vendors Work Number, LabCorp Direct, and Tessera Data Motor Vehicle reports. Our tech team have escalated this issue to be investigated further with the third party provider which supports these integrations. deverus does not have an ETA on resolution but will provide any updates as soon as they are available. [Monitoring] The deverus platform team have repaired the area impacting integrated vendor services Work Number, LabCorp Direct, and Themis ( Tessera Data ) MVRs. Impacted searches assigned to LabCorp Direct and Tessera Data ( MVRS ), may be resubmitted. Resubmission of impacted searches should process normally. For Work Number impacted searches, please submit a deverus support ticket including a list of any impacted ReportIDs. The reportID can be located at the Report Level screen at the very end of the URL. The Report ID can also be located on the Work Number Queue page for any that were previously submitted but had no results returned. Our support team will attempt to clear and reset any Employment Verification searches by ReportID to allow the 'Submit to Work Number' option to be tried again.

[Identified] The deverus tech team has been notified of an issue preventing the platform from loading. We are restarting our services and are working to get the system back online as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post updates as soon as they are available.

[Monitoring] The deverus tech team has restarted supporting services but we are monitoring API usage. All users should be able to access and perform workflow duties.

[Investigating] The deverus tech team has been made aware of errors for integrated services: WorkNumber, LabCorp-Direct, and Themis MVRs. This issue has been escalated to our integration provider service team and it is being investigated now. We will provide any updates as they become available.
